3. Market
Once the home is looking its best, we get the word out that it is available and on the market! Programs like Compass Private Exclusive allow us to shop your home off-market to other Compass agents and get offers fast. Then our vast network of buyer leads are alerted. We produce advanced media campaigns with our outside digital agency to drive additional traffic to your home's listing or open house.
4. Negotiate
